1. Services
Arizona State Cleaning Services provides residential, commercial, office, and move-in/move-out cleaning services throughout Arizona. All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.
2. Bookings and Appointments
Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or by email. By booking a service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Appointment times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or job conditions.
3. Pricing and Payments
Pricing is based on the information provided at the time of booking. Final pricing may change depending on the size, condition, or scope of the cleaning required. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to submit payment may result in additional fees or suspension of future services.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Access to Property
Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time. If access cannot be obtained, the appointment may be canceled and a cancellation fee may apply.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to secure pets during service, remove fragile or valuable items from cleaning areas, and inform us of any known hazards or special instructions prior to service. We are not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear or pre-existing conditions.
7. Damage and Liability
Arizona State Cleaning Services takes reasonable care while performing services. Any claims of damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address the issue. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.
9. Health and Safety
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous for our staff.
10. Website Use
All website content is provided for informational purposes only. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of website content is prohibited.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, images, logos, and text on this website are the property of Arizona State Cleaning Services and may not be used without prior written permission.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services or website access at any time if these Terms are violated.
